SCM TYPETRONIC 2816 AUTOMATED DATA SYSTEM Operator Handbook
Announced on 3rd March 1964 by SCM (formerly Smith Corona) this automated typing system was a desk-sized unit with an I/O typewriter. It could reproduce copy at 100 words a minute. It had a paper tape reader and a punch as peripherals. The press release in the New York Times can be found here: https://www.nytimes.com/1964/03/04/archives/four-new-machines-introduced-by-scm.html What is interesting is that it seems this machine would compete against the IBM MT/ST released the same year.
